MOLLY MAID of Southern Sonoma CountyWe have used Molly Maid on and off for years. However, since contracting Lyme Disease and several secondary conditions, maintaining the house has been difficult. Lymes is a nasty unpredictable disease that has been horrible to deal with for me and my family. Molly Maid has been a big help. Our team, Team #5, July and Erica, are beyond wonderful. The are friendly and do a fantastic job. Both are efficient and hard working. They arrive and leave with a smile. I LOVE my house after they have cleaned it. Fatima Velarde and the other staff in the office are also great to work with. My husband has called on short notice and they make every effort to help us out. I am writing today because of my latest interaction w/ Fatima. I needed to reschedule. I am usually good at predicting the cycles of my health, but this morning I had a bout of vertigo that really impacted me. I cringe when I have to change an appointment. I feel badly about inconveniencing others whose jobs are dependent upon scheduling. You lose control of some aspects of your life w/ a chronic illness, but not everyone understands that. When I talked to Fatima she couldn't have been nicer. She gave me a couple of options, was sympathetic and the problem was solved. That simple bit of good customer service, that I'm sure Fatima gives to all of your customers, made an already difficult morning much less stressful. It occurs to me, that I have never had anything but excellent customer service from Fatima and Team #5, July and Erica, and although I have thanked each of them individually I felt like their good work and kindness should be noted. MOLLY MAID of Southern Sonoma CountyVery Impressed! I originally called to set up a few months of weekly cleaning after having surgery. Fatima, the general manager came out and did a quick inspection and quoted a very reasonable price. They assign you a "team" so you don't have different people every time. If you aren't happy with something, or would like a new team, they will happily change things around until they get it right for you. One of the things that impressed me is they are very detail orientated. I expect when I am paying for a cleaning service that they clean as well if not better than I do. They don't use bleach or any harsh cleaners. Upon returning home, my house always smells clean, not like cleaning products.
