Mary is the Operations Manager and has been with Molly Maid of Aurora Naperville Area for over five years. She is a natural leader who is loved and respected by all of the teams. She loves working with people and is proud of our happy family here at Molly Maid. She makes sure that every employee leaves for their first client with a smile.
Ray & Martha Pillar
Owners
Mr. & Mrs. Pillar live in Aurora and have been happily married for 28 years and are actively involved in their church. They've raised two children, one of whom is attending a local college and the other is involved in the business part time. Sharing the home with the Pillars are two rescued St. Bernards, a rescued Chow and an African Gray parrot. Mr. & Mrs. Pillar considered many franchise opportunities when looking for the right one. Molly Maid, an international franchise was selected hands down because of the family-like culture and it was the only franchise that had a benevolent association, the Ms. Molly Foundation, for helping victims of domestic violence. A check has been awarded to Mutual Ground, the local safe house, every year since it opened. Molly Maid of Aurora Naperville Area has expanded since its inception in 2003 and now includes St. Charles to the north and Plainfield to the south and almost everything in between. Molly Maid of Aurora Naperville Area enjoys a very low turnover of employees.
