Their cleaning teams are always on time (if not they call us to notify us), very efficient, very thorough, very friendly, and will meet any special requirements or requests. Additionally we found the following to be very important to us:
• The Owners came for an unannounced inspection of the team and their work.
• The Owners followed-up to insure that we were completely satisfied.
• They always call us to let us know that the team is on their way to our home.
• They are flexible to clean Monday thru Saturday, as a result of us being out of town on their regularly scheduled days.
• The teams will clean everything in high and low places that can be reached.
• They will accommodate your requests to use our special brand of cleaning products to our complete satisfaction.

We have used the services of Molly Maid for almost 3 years. For the past 1 1/2 years we have had the same team, and they have become almost like family.
It is so great to know that the house is clean, with the bathrooms and kitchen actually sparkling when they leave! Never have I hesitated to leave valuables, cash, etc out when they are here, as I trust them totally. The teams are always very cheerful and always greet me with smiles (and even hugs since we have become friends). I do not hesitate to say, "this is the best money I spend", as the job they do is more than worth the cost, which is VERY reasonable.
