We all love our pets. They sure are cute…
But boy are they messy! Pet hair, pee pee, poo poo, chew toys, and muddy paws. Chewed-up straw hats, backpacks, and bathroom rugs ALL IN ONE DAY…
You get the picture.
But probably the worst is when your beloved pet has an “accident” on the living room carpet. It stinks up your home and leaves a stain if you don’t properly clean it. What’s a pet owner to do?
For tough pet stains, put undiluted soda water directly on the stain and then blot with a dry white towel. Repeat this process until the majority of the moisture is adbsorbed. Afterwards, put a fresh dry towel on the area and place a heavy object over the towel to soak up the remaining moisture.
Looking to help remove the odor?
Wash the area with a disinfectant cleaning solution (preferably a multi-action enzyme forumla), rinse, and dry. Always test the carpet or fabric with the disinfectant first to make sure it doesn’t alter the texture and coloring.
