My team is wonderful! They thoroughly clean my entire house & they are always consistent. My team of two are friendly & do an amazing job! I was able to book a schedule for them to arrive every two weeks on the same day & they are always on time & do a great job!! The customer service is phenomenal! We recently had a request for our team to come later than usual due to work being done in our home that day & they accomodated. The timing of their showing up was perfect! I will continue to keep Molly Maid as our cleaners!

I called several corporate cleaning services and Molly Maids was the only one that answered with a live person. Shannon was quick to give me all the answers I needed. I thought surely I had a very unique situation — whether I did or not, they have it down to a science. I was very impressed. Pricing was good. The cleaning crew arrived on time, called me 30 minutes in advance to give me notice, and did a great job overall. Would definitely recommend.

There are multiple teams and I’m delighted to say you can choose your own. Get to know your ladies and get awesome personal service. I have the best with Team 2, I’m sure the others are just as good!

After 2 weeks of stressfully attempting to tidy up only brought the house from “complete dumpster fire/pit of despair” to “very messy”, I was a wreck of anxiety. Cue Molly Maids! The three women who came today took over, and in a brisk 2 hours turned my house from “abandon all hope, ye who enter here” to “a comfortable place to relax” while I hid in my room and tried not to apologise to them any more than I already had for the disarray. In the face of hardworking experts, I will happily stay out of the way until needed. I am so grateful! Thank you!!
