They were courteous, gentle with our decorations (of which we seem to have a lot 😅, so the extra attention was very much appreciated!), and everything was spotless at the end. The stainless steel didn’t have any streaks; same with the windows and mirrors. I actually can’t say enough and I risk sounding like an ad if I continue… All of this to say, I look forward to the next cleaning! Thanks again!!

I had them out to my house for about 4 hours to tackle a major mess—it was in bad shape—and they did a phenomenal job. What really stands out is that the longer I’m in the house, the more I notice the small details they didn’t miss. It looks great. I also want to mention: be careful using services like Thumbtack. I had a lot of trouble with people on there just not calling getting back to me or even worse, saying service not available. It’s pretty sad when businesses based right here in Flint won’t even show up to clean a house in their own city. Molly Maid was the exception—they were professional, they showed up, and they worked hard. Highly recommended if you want someone who actually wants the business and does the job right.

I did return home for lunch during their wrap up, and I was glad I got a chance to thank them in person. Those hard to reach spots? Clean. Those annoying window sills? Clean. Marble floors? Take a look. Please do not hesitate to give them a call. First clean was explained thoroughly and priced really well. We signed up for bi-weekly cleans. Totally worth it!
