I want to give a huge thank you to Molly Maid Team #9 — Vanessa and Teresa did an amazing job cleaning my apartment. They were professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. Everything looked spotless and felt fresh when they were done. I was really impressed with their hard work and care. I would absolutely have them back again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great cleaning service!

Wow! They did a deep spring cleaning and an absolute incredible job. Every nook and cranny spotless, every item dusted, and on and on. I highly recommend!

What I can tell you is my experience with Molly Maids, first out of Farmington and now in Cromwell (same franchise), has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I met Bill, the owner, for his on-the-dot quote — honest, straightforward, and genuinely understanding of our needs — I knew we were in good hands. Grace in the office was amazing. Her follow-through and communication made everything seamless from the start. Ashley and Kathy, the team that came to my parents’ home, were absolutely out of this world. They got the job done right the first time — and in our eyes, that means everything. And Rosie? Exceptionally amazing. Knowing she stepped up to cover while someone enjoyed their vacation just showed me how deeply dedicated this whole team truly is. Job well done to each and every one of you. Molly Maids has been cleaning our house for 8 or 10 years. We find that the cleaning is consistently high quality. When we have specific requests we call the office prior to the cleaning and always find that they honored our requests. We have team 11 and are very pleased with their work. When I used independent cleaners they tended to cancel or change the schedule and I needed to give more instructions. This never happens with Molly Maids. I can always count on them. Thanks so much.

Celia and Maria were incredible! They were so thoughtful about my schedule, that I was working from home while they were working and treated my home like it was theirs in everything they did. They did a great job with high trafficked spots and the places that often fall to the bottom of my list and added some additional luxuries that far exceed my expectations of a home cleaning. This service went from a luxury I didn’t anticipate to continue to something I look forward to and feel completely satisfied with at a much more frequent cadence. I’m already really looking forward to their next visit and would be happy to recommend to anyone the luxury of this cleaning by Maria and Celia.

Team 4 has been consistently excellent — they are professional, attentive to detail, and careful. Grace in the office has also been wonderful: responsive, clear, and helpful. While the pricing structure for different types of cleaning was a bit confusing at first, she took the time to explain everything, and I appreciate their honesty in addressing any discrepancies. I love coming home to a spotless space and look forward to their visits. Highly recommend!

I’ve been working with Molly Maid from the Cromwell, CT location for the past year. Since we started working together, they’ve done a great job with all of my housekeeping needs. They are thorough when cleaning, and really take the time to make sure my home looks tidy and organized. The housekeeping crew always arrives on time, in uniform and company vehicle which really highlights their professionalism. They provide all cleaning products and equipment so I never need to worry. All of the staff is attentive, responsive and pleasant but I need to give a special call-out to Vicky who’s there every single time and does a tremendous job making sure all my cleaning needs are covered. The house always looks great and I know it’s because she’s there! Thank you Vicky!! Grace, Belinda and Bill are also very helpful with the cleaning schedule and do a great job communicating.
