Very pleased with how clean the maids made everything feel before our move-in, including cleaning out the inside of all cabinets, the fridge, and a very dirty oven. They ended up taking an hour longer than quoted, but let me know during the clean, and was well worth it!

I had less than a day and a half to get my home cleaned for move out at staging was to occur. Molly maid Got someone out there and got the job done and got it done well and the pricing was less than other places that I priced out. I would recommend again!

The cleaners missed the main room we requested to be cleaned, completely. The other areas cleaned were done poorly. They came the next day and did an ok job; still did not clean everything requested. I was very excited to work with the company. Now starting over to find a new company. When cancelling services the women did not want feed back. Very disappointed. My initial experience was not good. However, the office staff/management worked with me and sent different cleaning staff/housekeepers. I am absolutely impressed and happy to carry on service. The new house keepers went above and beyond my expectations. Paid attention to detail, were very friendly, attentive and thorough. We recently bought all new furniture. (It’s a good sized home) Our housekeepers made it an easy transition. Cleaned everything they possibly could. I am very happy with the service and the resolution. The entire staff seemed to communicate to meet our needs. I am thankful and happy to move forward with our service. Thank you for caring and considerate of our needs. We will NOT use any other service. You made an unsavory experience top notch!!!
