As far as pricing goes, we are not the cheapest or most expensive, but we do carry all the insurance including Workers Comp which is a big cost to all businesses in California. All of our employees are Molly Maid employees and we do not hire work outside or 10-99 anyone. They are background checked, they come into our office twice a day and drive our cars. We provide all of the equipment and supplies. We know them all and they become like family to us. Most have worked almost five years for us, some over 10 years, 20 years and one over 30 years. So like I said, we know them all very well. The first clean is always by the hour, but if you become a regular customer, the pricing does change and we give you a flat rate moving forward. I did look at your home and the price moving forward regularly is quite a savings and the team is at the home until the job is done. Same team, same day, same time frame. Please let us know if you would like that pricing. We also have a full staff in our office to answer the phones for our customers.
