Molly maids has been a my cleaning service for years. They arrive on time or notify you before their arrive. They are very professional and bring their own supplies. I sometimes will leave a note of priorities and they are always eager to please. When I get home my home always looks very clean and smells amazing. I go crazy decorating my home for the holidays and they are always very careful and respectful of my decorations and work around them. We have 3 cats and a dog and the staff works very well at working around our pets. Honestly I think the cats hide but I think the dog makes up for that and loves any attention they give him. The staff is very friendly and as I mentioned early easy to work with and very dependable. I am always pleased. Great customer service. Thank you Molly Maids. Sincerely Stacia Kline

Candace is very easy to deal with and make changes to a schedule. The ladies I have are the regulars and I can ask them to do something different and they are willing. I don’t ask for something that I am not paying for.

I had a great experience with Molly Maid! I called on a Monday and was able to get John, the franchise owner, out to my house later that day for a free estimate. John was super friendly and helpful and was able to squeeze my initial house cleaning into a busy week as a surprise for my husband!! I had team Cathy and Dayana, and they truly did an exceptional job – baseboards, blinds, ceiling fan dust, all of the things I never seem to get around to! Cathy and Dayana were efficient, professional, and friendly, and they easily accommodated me working from home during the cleaning. The initial clean took just 3.5 hours, even less than the 4-5 hours I was quoted, which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much for a job well done, Cathy and Dayana!! You are rockstars!

Completely thrilled with Molly Maid’s cleaning service. They pay attention to detail and my house is cleaned to my satisfaction. I have had several teams who clean. They are polite and dedicated to doing their best. They really take pride in their job. Little extras like towels elegantly folded are always a plus. I have three large dogs who make a big fuss when they arrive. This is never an issue. They always send pet friendly staff members.

We will have company coming in at the end of the month so I made a call to Molly Maid near me. They were great. The rooms were nice and clean, the bathrooms were sparkling, plus they were friendly. I was very happy with the results. I will probably have them come back twice a year, or if I have company come in again.
