via GoogleTeam 3 – Shay and Amanda – are wonderful and deserve all the praise and recognition in the world! They were hardworking, efficient, and always went above and beyond for us. They were always flexible with our needs and schedules. Thank you, both, for all of your hard work helping our home be beaufitul! The cleaners at this company are truly excellent and working with them is a delight. Management, on the other hand, is a different story. On multiple occassions, we received notice that the cleaners would arrive in the afternoon, only to have them arrive at 8 am, or vice versa. With multiple young children, it is extremely inconvenient to plan your day around cleaners arriving at one time, only for them to arrive first thing in the morning, during breakfast and morning chaos. When we signed up for regular biweekly cleans, we assumed it would be for the entire house. However, when Shay and Amanda arrived, they informed us they were only allotted 75 minutes – for a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with children and a dog. This meant that each clean, we needed to select the areas that would be cleaned and accept that the remainder would be addressed the following week. When we signed up for regular biweekly cleans, we were told Shay and Amanda would be our regular cleaners, but the second week, two different male cleaners arrvied 4 hours ahead of the estimated arrival window. We did not know or trust them or feel comfortable with the situation. Whenever we discussed scheduling issues with management, they deflected blame onto the cleaners, which we found unprofessional and inappropriate.

via GoogleI would give them a 4.9. I didn’t notice until the next day…one chair in the front room was full around, under and on of cat hair. They missed wiping down a table in the kitchen area. I cleaned those things the day I noticed them.

It was a big job having a parakeet and a doggie in the house, and I was very pleased. As for my rating on the price, I am not at all knowledgeable of the market so it felt high to me, but I was clear on the price going in and again it was a big job, so didn’t have concerns. Wendy and Sarah were wonderfully kind and friendly, and I’m grateful!
