Just had my first cleaning with Molly Maid and it went very well. The team was quick & efficient but also took care of all the items listed in their cleaning routine. Our house smelled wonderful when they left. We are excited to move forward with our monthly services. Our first time rate was a little higher than we will pay monthly (which they told us upfront) and I find the range to be pretty reasonable based on our square footage and the time the MM team of 2 spent on the house.

I’ve used them a couple of times now. It’s such a nice treat to have the house cleaned before guests come to town. The cleaners have always been professional, prepared, and thorough. This last time the team was Anita and Theresa, and they did a terrific job and it didn’t take a long time. I’m going to start having them come monthly.

Excellent customer service, super friendly and professional from contact, through quote/walkthrough, through cleaning itself and follow up!! Anita, Teresa, and Nicole cleaned my house today in record time, with excellent attention to detail. This was our first clean with Molly Maid and yet they beat the time/amount quoted. Our bathrooms in particular are spotless! The floors and floorboards of my entire house also are exceptionally clean – much more than any other cleaners I have used! My house is completely free of dander, which is quite the feat given my 5 pets. Also a standout was the vacuuming they did on our living room furniture including couch cushions and even under the couches and chairs. See above re: 5 pets – I find it impossible to have schmutz-free furniture and don’t know how they managed it! It’s such a comfortable relief. Zero dust bunnies anywhere near the fridge, and zero dust flyaways on the electronics. These 3 lovely folks even sanitized all the lightswitches in the house! Everything *feels* so clean and delightful. The mopping was perfect – floors are shiny, yet they dried quickly enough that we were not nervous about walking on them. My only feedback is also an appreciation of their foresight and conscientiousness: my husband has an exceptional amount of Knick knacks (legos, Mardi Gras throws, a glass menorah, etc.) and said the friendly trio told him they weren’t dusting fragile things and he agreed – totally fair! If you have strong feelings about dusting, I would communicate this beforehand (true with any cleaner). We do not, so zero complaints. Happy to use Molly Maid going forward and would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!

They are a great service. I have been whit them for several years. I struggled to find someone before them that was consistently showing up or even cleaning everything. They were a blessing. No one is perfect but they make it a priority to immediately fix anything you feel could be better. When I say immediately, I mean that day or next when you let them know. No fuss or extra charges. They really prioritize your satisfaction with their service.
