From Scheduling my home with Robert, the follow up with Tina at Molly Maid & to the three wonderful girls that came to my home, Herminia, Elisa & Ti, I have never been so satisfied with a service. This was a last-minute arrangement that I set up And I have never been so pleased. My house sparkles now and that's all thanks to them and Molly Maid of southeast DuPage County. Will definitely have them back.

I had Laura, Maria, and Hermina on Route 3 and they were all so kind, polite, and professional. They arrived with great attitudes, treated my home with care, and were very respectful throughout the entire visit. The team worked efficiently and made the experience feel easy and comfortable. It’s always appreciated when people are not only hardworking but genuinely pleasant to have in your home, and these ladies absolutely were. One piece of feedback for the company: overall I’m satisfied with my service for now, but for the price point I’m paying, I would strongly consider upgrading or continuing with a cleaning service that also includes dishwashing as part of the package. That added convenience would make the value feel even stronger for busy families and would really elevate the overall experience. Thank you again to Laura, Maria, and Hermina for their hard work!
