Last minute clean- three very polite and thoughtful professionals came and saved the day! Team 3 deserves all the credit in the world for following instructions, being so kind to my pets, and doing an all around great job! Wonderful and thoughtful- they worked around me being in the way- while I was installing a fan. The kitchen looks better than when I bought the house. I will 100% be requesting the same cleaners again. Great job, Molly Maids! You’re hiring the right people!

We’ve been benefiting from bi-weekly cleanings from this Molly Maid location for about the last 2.5 years, and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve had a mix of different teams during that time, and overall they’ve been dedicated, thorough, and attentive to details. They’ve respected our requests about where to focus and what to leave as-is. Our kitchen in particular has never looked nicer! On the few occasions where there have been hiccups, the office staff have made certain to take our feedback into account and make adjustments going forward. Every home (and every homeowner) has different needs, and we’re grateful the business has been working with us every step of the way to tweak their approach, respect boundaries, and deliver a quality cleaning service. The women and men who show up each week are friendly, trustworthy, and efficient. Usually they take about an hour to clean two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a game room.

Our experience was excellent once again. They were on time, great attitudes, and an absolutely professional cleaning service. We will continue to give them all of our business! Thx Molly Maid!

We needed help with a one time clean because we haven’t been able to keep up on our housework due to health issues. The ladies arrived promptly and were super friendly. I showed them around and they got right to cleaning. My husband and I both work from home, but we did not feel bothered or interrupted in the slightest. We went for a walk over our lunch period and when we came back, it felt like we walked into a brand new home. I didn’t know my windows could be that crystal clear! They even cleaned up smaller spots like in between our railings and baseboards. We have 3 large dogs and 3 cockatiels and it felt like we walked into a pet free home. These ladies did an amazing job and I cannot recommend this service enough. This was a major stress reliever for both me and my husband. I will definitely be using them again!

My sister had foot surgery and was not able to clean her apartment. Actually she had not been able to clean for many months. We were at a loss as to how to help her. We researched cleaning companies in our quad cities area and decided to call Molly Maids. We were amazed how quickly we were able to schedule an appointment for Michelle to come to my sister’s home She was prompt, courteous and efficient. Michelle explained her services and gave us several options. The pricing was very competitive considering what all would be done. Plus they could schedule a cleaning the next day. My sister was so happy after the cleaning. I too was amazed at how clean and bright everything was. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless. The whole apartment appeared like a new home. My sister said they were so nice to her. I was so impressed, I have scheduled cleaning services with them now. My sister plans to have the ladies come twice per month. We are scheduling monthly services. It was impressive to meet Michelle and hear of the fantastic cleaning services her company provides. We are thankful for Molly Maids, Michelle and her staff of very talented ladies. We highly recommend this professional cleaning service.

We have used Molly maids a couple of times. Our second occurrence didn’t go very well and we reached out to them. They more than made it right and did an absolutely exceptional job! We will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone!

We have used Molly Maid for a long time now. We have had some issues but I believed we have worked them out. The last 3 cleanings earned 5 stars. I wish that we could get a standard time though because we are retired and it caused us undo stress. We prefer to be gone and out of the way when the cleaners are here. We have a medium sized Townhouse and they clean every other Friday. The cost is fair.

Hands down the best! Throughout the years I’ve used many cleaning companies, but Molly Maids is far superior. They arrived within their window…worked at a fast pace, but cleaning was thorough. You get what you pay for plus some!
