via GoogleClara and Susana from team 24 are very consistent. I can trust them to do a good job every visit and don’t need to check up on them. They don’t take short cuts. Very happy with their cleaning. I also want to mention that the office/phone staff is very efficient and pleasant to deal with. If for any reason, there’s a problem with a cleaning visit the office staff addresses it quickly. Their customer service is excellent. Molly Maid has not raised prices in quite some time. That’s really hard to do in this economy. But I get the impression that the employees are treated fairly and that’s important to me as well.
Owner Response: Gaurav, thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We truly appreciate you recognizing Clara and Susana from Team 24 for their consistency, care, and attention to detail. It means a lot to know you can trust them each visit and feel confident in the quality of our house cleaning services. We’re also grateful for your kind words about our office team. Providing dependable cleaning services and responsive customer care is very important to us, so it’s wonderful to hear that has been your experience. Your comments about fair pricing and employee care are especially meaningful, and we appreciate your support of our maid service. Warmly, Molly Maid of N Charlotte/Matthews/Concord/Huntersville -
