Incredible service. Arjun is awesome and provides a great service with excellent communication. Really appreciate everything they do.

I have a team of two that usually comes every two weeks. They change bedsheets, clean and vacuum my condo, clean bathroom and kitchen, and take recycling and trash out when they leave. They’re very good at straightening up and my home always looks better when they leave. They are always pleasant and professional, honest and willing to help whenever I need something done. I do not have them do laundry. If I need a schedule change it is always easy to contact management, and responses are almost always prompt. I have used Molly Maid of Playa Vista for the last two or three years as my regular cleaners. They show up, and if there’s a change I am usually informed quickly. I am very satisfied with the relationship.

Cleaning ladies (Luna & Erica) were on time and got right to work. They cleaned every surface in my apartment from the baseboard behind the couch to the four burner stove. The ladies worked straight through 2 hours leaving my apartment looking and smelling amazing. I’m very satisfied with Molly Maid Playa Vista and will continue using their services.

You are always very thorough in your cleaning and you care about my needs – Your service people are very professional and obviously have been well trained to give a good experience. I have found consistency to be your keynote.

We’ve been using Molly Maid for almost a year now for our monthly cleanings and have been very impressed with their service. Affordable, great communication, and super efficient (they usually clean out 2 bed 2 bath in an hour). Big fans!

I would recommend Molly Maid to anyone. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and they do a great job. I love the fact that Molly Maid keeps you with the same people for each appointment, Maria B. and Claudia are phenomenal.

Edit Update: changing to 5 stars based on the extremely excellent customer service I received from the owner immediately upon reading my review. He ensured that the situation would be rectified and would not be an issue again. I look forward to a thorough clean during my next experience with Molly Maid. Honestly disappointed. Fine for a VERY surface level clean. But for $150 an hour I would expect it to be more thorough. For example, dirt/grime marks left on toilet and shower, tough but removable spots left on the floor in pet-eating area, particles left in the carpet (perhaps a better quality vacuum would address this?) These may seem minor, but at the not-so minor price of $225 to have my 600 sq ft apartment cleaned, I don’t want to have to do additional cleaning afterwards. Will likely not be rebooking.

Molly Maid is super professional, reasonable pricing, and I was really impressed with the level of detail in their cleaning services. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I made my appointment on Sunday evening probably about seven or 8 o’clock and I’ll be damned if I think the owner or supervisor contacted me back and confirm the appointment. We had a wonderful talk. I found their prices to be very reasonable. I told him how I kept a clean house, but I hated the floors and my shower had become an embarrassment with black grout, even though I was constantly spraying and scrubbing on it , that was the big thing I wanted them to focus on. Two women were here and worked their butts off! When I went in to look at the shower after They left, my jaw literally dropped. I couldn’t comprehend. How could they have possibly made it look this good like literally I was in shock. I’m beyond happy.:)))))
