    Updated review: Molly Maids takes their reviews seriously. I was contacted after my initial review and offered a re-clean at no charge or a modest discount off future cleaning. I chose the re-clean. A so-so review turned out to be for the best. Maria Nunez, manager, was a complete professional and did not give any negative attitude in retaliation to my review. She calmly professionally explained their policies and how she would continue to switch out the cleaning team that arrived at my home until we found the right fit to my satisfaction. She thoroughly listened to all of my concerns. And each one was addressed to my satisfaction. Team Maria Ramos and Janeth Mateo cleaned my apartment so beautifully, I finally found the perfect duo! They just added a certain flair or touch that left my apartment looking "pretty" AND very clean. Original review: Not 100% satisfied. I received a call 30 minutes prior to my appointment time asking if they could come early. To me, bad unprofessional move. 2nd visit? They simply arrived 30 minutes before the appointment time ringing my doorbell. Wrong wrong wrong. Cleaning: They didn't clean any of the baseboards throughout the apt as promised at sign up. Bathroom cleaning was sub-par (photos attached). All they did was push dust/dirt/hair around they didn't actually remove it. Toilet seat was still dirty. There wasn't even a clean smell in the air. I have many mini blinds and lots of windows. Again promised all mini blinds would be cleaned. One of the ladies was overwhelmed in telling the other ,"There's more blinds. There's so many blinds". So many blinds that they told me yes they were finished cleaning all of them but when I checked, they were not cleaned. They cut corners so you have to watch them as they work! I'll use MM until I find a new cleaning service since my back limitations make it too hard to do the cleaning on my own.

    I have had Molly Maids cleaning my home for over 3 year and they are very good. Yaneth & Perla are pleasant, quick and good at what they do .They are timely, efficient and do good work. They will always do an additional small project whenever I ask. They bring everything they need so makes it easy for me. They are kind to my pup who loves them.

    We hired Molly Maid to do a deep clean of our condo and will be hiring them for regular cleanings from now on! The process started with a quick assessment from one of their team members. They toured our condo, told us how many hours and how many cleaners would be needed. The quote was super reasonable, quick, and easy to understand. One week later the cleaners arrived during their time slot. We had Evelin and Maria (Route #16) for the day and they were lovely. I wads present for most of the cleaning, working in one of the rooms out of the way. They were very considerate, friendly, and thorough. The house smelled so nice and was perfectly clean when they completed. Happy to have hired them and look forward to using this service as a recurring cleaning bi-weekly.
