Exceptional service starting with Yuriko the sales rep. Very detailed in what would happen with my initial cleaning. She's so good at selling that I signed up for services I hadn't planned to sign for. I literally just wanting a quote, now I have a deep cleaning and monthly service. The ladies that performed the initial deep cleaning were Mayra and Telma (Team 2). They did an excellent job and was very professional. I felt comfortable having them in my home. It's nice to have someone preform a deep cleaning as I despise dusting. Thank you Team 2!

Amy, the CSR, and her cleaners, Josefa & Rosa, were an absolute delight to work with. I can’t recommend their services enough. The entire process was simple and seamless, and the service was excellent from start to finish. They were efficient, professional, and thorough. I’ll definitely be using Molly Maid from here on out!

I was gifted this service for Mother's Day…and caregiver appreciation. I was so excited for the ladies to arrive this morning. Id gone over with the estimator the day prior regarding our special needs daughter and sensory and smell sensitivity but they did great 👍 she is excited her room is so clean and cozy. I couldn't keep up with the caregiving plus the daily housekeeping. The DEEP CLEAN is amazing 👏 Thank you!!!

Molly Maid sent 2 ladies to the house and did a deep clean for us. I believe we were charged for 5 hours, but they were here closer to 6. The job was very well done, and they cleaned literally everything including windows, garbage cans, vents, fans, oven, microwave, and a nook that had got disgusting where our dog eats. We would certainly use them again.

Team #3 did an excellent job. First time using Molly maid, the entire process was smooth. From setting the appointment to the time of service, very quick and professional.
