House Cleaning Services in Cincinnati, Ohio

This is the first time I have had Molly Maid’s come to my home. They will come every two weeks going forward. The next time they come I would prefer them to use my vacuum cleaner as it lifts the pile better. I found a bent slat on my blinds in the second bedroom Which did not make me happy but accidents do happen sometimes.

We had Molly Maid come in last minute this week to clean our house for unexpected guests coming this weekend. I am 8 months pregnant and can't do as much as I used to on the house. They did an excellent job. They even brought in a heavy package dropped off by UPS on the porch when it started to rain so the package wouldn't get wet. I didn't even ask them to do this. They were professional and thorough on the house. I would definitely recommend their services.

I haven't used Molly Maids often. But I did today ….and I really needed it, especially my floors. Michelle and Eric did a fantastic job, and I'm very happy with how my home looks now. If I could ask for them every time (Michelle and Eric) I would.

The two girls did an awesome job. This place has NEVER been this clean. Well worth the expense.

We needed a deep cleaning of a home we recently purchased (it sat on the market for a good while) and Molly Maids came to the rescue. Sarah and her team scrubbed my new house from top to bottom and made it look sparkling and shiny new! Their attention to detail, their hard work, and willingness to stay until the job was done was not only impressive, it was appreciated more than words can say.

They always provide an arrival window and show up on time. Cleaning is very thorough and they usually have a 2-3 person crew so they are done within an hour. They are also very flexible and accommodating with requests for additional things.

I;ve used Molly Maid of West Chester a couple of times now. I give them a call when I need a little extra help. Once when my back was out and we had a party coming up. Their attention to detail is unbeatable. This time it was to help do a thorough cleaning after having a week of flooring construction. Seriously, nothing was missed. I kept expecting to find little places here or there that didn't get dusted. NOPE! Not a thing was missed. Our house was so clean and fresh – even after a week of construction dust buildup. They found it ALL! And, the ladies are always super sweet. I always hate to let me kids loose after they've cleaned. :)

Molly Maid cleaning staff arrived at the scheduled time. They worked steadily and efficiently, cleaning bathrooms, shelving, moldings, window sills, floors, and counter tops. They vacuumed all carpeting and even mopped the basement floor. They finished the two floors and basement in 3-1/2 hours. We were well satisfied with their work.

Gaby and Mabel did a fantastic job. My bathrooms and kitchen sparkle so much now I hate to use them. Which is where they get you, they do such an extraordinary job, once you mess things up, you have no choice but to have them come back. :) It was a pleasant surprise to find the toilet paper folded neatly to a point once I finally had to use the facilities, thought I was on vacation for a brief moment. Thanks again for the great job.
