House Cleaning Services in Daisetta, Texas

Sonia Pedraza and Maribel Santaroi did an incredible job. They came during a very difficult and chaotic time as we were moving a loved one into the home under hospice care. There was constant activity, a small barking dog and a hospice nurse who arrived to go over care instructions. Despite all of this, these two ladies remained completely focused, professional, and compassionate. They worked efficiently without being distracted by the commotion and did an absolutely amazing job. When they finished everything looked fresh and well care for, and it truly made a stressful situation feel more manageable. We are deeply grateful for their dedication and calm presence during such an overwhelming moment. Their work went beyond cleaning; it brought a sense of comfort when we needed it most. Rota#35

this is my third week or so using molly maid, and the cleaning has been exceptional. After the initial deep clean they called and wanted to talk about how i felt their service was. It was a great conversation, we even discussed areas they did well and other areas they could improve. My third cleaning in and i couldn't be happier as it is completely catered to what i want. Today, though, one of the ceiling fans in my living room fell down, as they were dusting it off. I arrived home to a fan on the floor, a clean house and a voicemail by the owner, Tony Kirby. I called Tony back and was extremely concerned about the safety of the ladies cleaning, to which he did re-ensure me that everyone was ok. He then immediately began to work with us on to fix the fan. I informed him we had 20' ceilings, and he went home and brought his personal toolbox and ladder. He immediately tried to put the fan back into service. Upon realizing the root cause was poor screws used in the install, he went out and bought enough screws for not only the broken fan, but the one still in service as well. he pulled down both fans replaced the screws and then put them back up. once we turned them on to test them, the fan that had fallen, had gotten bent. Tony then asked us for the make and model and immediately went and purchased a new one, and installed that as well. needless to say 4 hours later, we had two fans in better condition than they were professionally installed to begin with. While this story did not have an ideal start, i have to say, that you do not find many businesses anymore with owners who are willing to go that above and beyond for their clients. I could not even be angry at the situation due to the extent he went to fix it and applaud his professionalism. If you ever need some to clean your house, please use molly maid and know that you are in good hands.

They are fast, do great work, and move mountains to accommodate our schedule. Maria and Rosalina even came out on a Sunday for us. Great service.
