They arrived right on time and were friendly and pleasant. They went about their chores deliberately and when they were finished, the house was sparkling. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the entire cleaning process. They carefully prioritized the areas I highlighted—especially the kitchen—and did a very thorough job throughout the house. They worked for about four hours and consistently checked in with me to make sure everything met my expectations. I really appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to get feedback along the way. Their attitude was easygoing, respectful, and very service-oriented. I also asked a few questions about ongoing cleaning services, and they provided clear explanations about what they offer, along with helpful guidance on how to get more information directly from the company. Before leaving, they invited me to review everything to ensure I was fully satisfied. The house now looks and smells clean, and I’m very happy with the results. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service from Molly Maid, and I truly appreciate the excellent work done by Genesis and Delmi. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!
