This company does such a great job cleaning our home. One thing I really appreciate about how they conduct business is that they will touch base ahead of time and confirm cleaning appointments, then call back to confirm satisfaction with service. I cannot stress enough how far this team will go above and beyond to make sure you get the absolute best service possible. This was my second monthly cleaning with Molly Maid of Tipton, and once again, I was blown away! My team was Cali, Selena, and Adrienne and they were phenomenal. They accommodated my request for a late afternoon cleaning due to my work schedule, which I really appreciated. I expected two cleaners, but three showed up… what a treat! They were incredibly nice, professional, and respectful of my home. The attention to detail was next level and they even placed fresh liners in all my small trash cans (I’ve never had that done before!), and left a sweet handwritten note that made me smile. And the smell? AMAZING. My whole house smelled fresh and clean like a spa day for my home. They finished in under two hours what usually takes me two weekends. Signing up for monthly service was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I've bragged about them so much that now my friends and family want to sign up too.
