When our previous cleaning company closed service in our area, Molly Maid came to the rescue, and our experience with them has blown us out of the water. They are always consistent, communicative, prompt, detailed, and leave our home sparkling and pristine every month. We love that the same people are sent to our home every time, which means that the experience and quality of the clean is consistent, that they promptly arrive when they say they will, and it’s awesome that each team consists of at least two members so that things aren’t rushed or left unaddressed (something that happened with our previous cleaner). The results are the attention and care that sets this company apart. The office is also always pleasant and easy to talk to, and they were happy to find ways to work with our budget and needs. We are so, so happy with Molly Maid and can’t refer their services enough. Run, don’t walk, to hire them for any cleaning needs! Update: 2 years later, we are still extremely happy customers of Molly Maid and everything in this review has still held true! We are always thrilled and satisfied with our cleaning and happy to interact with the nicest people at this company, both on the cleaning side and customer service side. Molly Maid has always been so helpful and flexible, even if we need to reschedule. Can’t imagine using anyone else as our cleaning company!

They’ve had other teams like her. She is excellent. Excellent. Used time well. Did everything right the first time. If she has extra time, she covers extra areas. This is twice in a row that I’ve had her as team leader. Carpet and floors are my biggest issue. She goes above and beyond my expectations. The other team member was excellent too. The areas that I asked for help with were cleaned perfectly. Never a streak in the mirrors. Didn’t have to ask for assistance with this one glass door. She covered areas that were above and beyond. I’m told Im retentive when I clean. I’m not. But I do believe in cleaning perfectly. Do it right and you don’t have to do it again for a while. For Jasmine and her team the fee is very fair. Once I was kind of disappointed with the work from Molly Maid. I called the office. On the next visit Jasmine was support. Everything was much better. Jasmine just does everything to the standard I would if I could move better. I do request the Jasmine team.

I asked several questions because this was new to me, and was very impressed with the professionalism that was given me.
