Vanessa and Mirrian with Molly Maid Team 1 went above and beyond cleaning our home before move-in day. Our house is nearly 3,900 square feet with 3 floors, and they worked incredibly hard to make every part of it absolutely spotless. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication truly exceeded our expectations. Walking into such a beautifully cleaned home meant so much to our family during this exciting transition. Every room sparkled, and it was clear how much care and effort they put into their work. Vanessa and Mirrian absolutely deserve recognition for the outstanding job they did. I sincerely hope they receive a bonus or special acknowledgment because their hard work did not go unnoticed. We are beyond grateful and will definitely be using Molly Maid again in the future. Highly, highly recommend Team 1!

Team 2 Mika and Veronica did an excellent job. Very competent. We are very happy with their work. We will use them again.

My daughter booked Molly Maids as a gift to us for house cleaning. Yuridia and Carolina of Team 6 did a fantastic job. They were attentive and swift! They were not here to do a deep clean but just a general cleaning, which they did well.

We had our entire downstairs hardwood doors refinished and as expected wood dust was everywhere. Molly Maids did a great job wiping everything down.

They did an excellent job, very grateful for the spring cleaning!

Molly Maid has provided cleaning services to our home for more than a decade. The team does an amazing job. I work from home but the cleaning team never interrupts me. They are always friendly, professional and exceptionally proficient.

I have been using Molly Maids every 3 weeks for years. Ashley and Laura are my regular team and are fantastic, kind, thorough, good with my dogs though I do kennel them when they clean. When I have a special request they take of things.Occasionally the team changes however mostly the same team comes week after week which I love. The office is very accommodating about scheduling. They do a great job

I was hesitant to hire Molly Maids due to the mixed reviews but I used them in a different area of Virginia and LOVED them so I decided to go through with it. And boy am I happy that I did. During my estimate I learned that this location is under new ownership. The new owner was actually the one who performed my estimate. He owns another Molly Maid in VA and is determined to turn this location around. Speaking to him gave me the upmost confidence and it was proven by the actual clean. The ladies came on time, they were very friendly, and they did an amazing job. They also asked me if there was anything they missed and I did a review of my house to not find anything to point out. I did just move here so I did request a deep clean. I have 3 floors, 5 bed, 2 bath. They took 4 hours. It felt like a long time but I am glad they took their time. They even made my beds with the new linens, put on my duvet cover which I loath, and cleaned the inside of my fridge. I am very pleased with the result. You pay for the quality and service. Thank you Molly Maid! See you in 2 weeks.
