Since we started working together, they’ve done a great job with all of my housekeeping needs. They are thorough when cleaning, and really take the time to make sure my home looks tidy and organized. The housekeeping crew always arrives on time, in uniform and company vehicle which really highlights their professionalism. They provide all cleaning products and equipment so I never need to worry. All of the staff is attentive, responsive and pleasant but I need to give a special call-out to Vicky who’s there every single time and does a tremendous job making sure all my cleaning needs are covered. The house always looks great and I know it’s because she’s there! Thank you Vicky!! Grace, Belinda and Bill are also very helpful with the cleaning schedule and do a great job communicating. Molly Maid has given me the flexibility when needed and more importantly, the peace of mind knowing my house is clean with a very dependable and caring staff. Thank you Molly Maid, Cromwell CT!

Everything was cleaned from top to bottom, including sofa and wipe down of windows. Our previous service never went above and beyond like this, best decision made was switching over to Molly Maid.
