Excellent communication and customer service. I love the reminder text/call the day before and notification when the team is on their way the day of. I love having Team 10 Nancy & Nancy clean our home. Kudos to them for always doing a great job! Last time Ariana joined the Nancy crew also and the three of them were in and out so fast. I work from home and it is important to have reliable service. Bonus is that a portion of all proceeds benefit the Fort Bend Women’s Center through their Ms. Molly Foundation. What an incredible company!

The 2 ladies were very nice, did the job and smiled a lot however the English barrier was present but we worked with it using gestures but I think it would be nice if Molly Maid held some English classes for their employees, it would benefit all concerned. Thank you

Awesome cleaning — Team 9 is the best! I have tried several individual housekeepers and always found a lot of things that were not touched — corners not cleaned, behind things not cleaned, etc. From the very first cleaning with Molly Maids – Team 9 – every corner and every detail was cleaned. The house was cleaned, not just a lot of cleaning smells to make it appear the house was cleaned … it was literally CLEANED!! For just a little more $$$ than an individual housekeeper, I have peace of mind and know that everything was handled properly and I actually got my money’s worth. Highly recommend.

Exceptional work for deep cleaning of our home. Those areas, as a homeowner, we don’t clean well (kitchen oven, showers) they did a fantastic job!

Exceptional service starting with Yuriko the sales rep. Very detailed in what would happen with my initial cleaning. She’s so good at selling that I signed up for services I hadn’t planned to sign for. I literally just wanting a quote, now I have a deep cleaning and monthly service. The ladies that performed the initial deep cleaning were Mayra and Telma (Team 2). They did an excellent job and was very professional. I felt comfortable having them in my home. It’s nice to have someone preform a deep cleaning as I despise dusting. Thank you Team 2!

Amy, the CSR, and her cleaners, Josefa & Rosa, were an absolute delight to work with. I can’t recommend their services enough. The entire process was simple and seamless, and the service was excellent from start to finish. They were efficient, professional, and thorough. I’ll definitely be using Molly Maid from here on out!

Molly Maid did an incredible thorough job in cleaning my home from top to bottom including removing grime that had been there for a couple of months since the last cleaning. I am very appreciative of the patience and the work, and their diligence since sometimes cleaners do a rush job. The first cleaning was very very expensive but perhaps that’s due to it being the first time. Overall good experience.

I had such a great experience with Molly Maid! The team # 3 “Claudia Marleny” went above and beyond my expectations — everything was spotless, fresh, and organized better than I could have imagined. They were professional, thorough, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s such a relief to come home to a perfectly clean space, and I’ll definitely be using their services again. I’ve already started recommending them to friends and family. Highly impressed and very grateful for their amazing work!

Got a deep clean from Claudia and Marleny and it was like coming home to a new house! My home had become overwhelming to me think about starting and I decided to call in the pros and I’m so glad I did. They left no stone unturned and were so great! I highly recommend Molly Maid! There are also options for them to clean the fridge, oven, inside windows and wood work cleaning. It was so amazing!
