I had a great experience with this cleaning service and really appreciated the level of professionalism and care shown throughout the process. The owner went out of her way to accommodate my daughter’s schedule so her apartment could be cleaned at a time that worked best for her, which made the whole situation much less stressful. What impressed me most was her commitment to customer satisfaction. When part of the service wasn’t quite up to expectations initially, she responded right away and made sure the issues were corrected almost immediately. That level of accountability and follow-through is rare and shows that she truly cares about the quality of her work and the happiness of her clients. Because of her responsiveness, flexibility, and dedication to making things right, I would definitely recommend her cleaning service to others. It’s clear she stands behind her work and is committed to improving and providing the best service possible. Much appreciated.

First of let me say that not every compnay is perfect and will have their flaws ( some more than others) what is important is how a company tries to fix any concerns that you may have. With that said let me get down to the review……soooo here it goes… My fiance and I decided to get a cleaning company because we have been so busy working and planning the wedding that sometimes the apt was put on the back burner until we were overwhelmed and well you know how that goes. He decided to call Molly Maids and get them to come clean as a surprise for me ( awwww already getting some points). When Molly maids came for the first time to clean my apt it is the initial cleaning and I have to say they were there for a while … I am surprised they didnt call me and make them help clean ..lol but I have to tell you that when we got home our house we super clean and even my dogs area was spotless . My fiance and I ( and the dog) were super happy with the results.. it was like we had walked into a new apartment. Since then Molly Maids comes in every other week and cleans the apt. concentrating on certain areas of the apt every time and every time we were happy until this last week(thursday to be exact). We got home and it wasn't the same "nice!!!" feeling. There were areas that you could obviously tell werent cleaned and their work was sloppy. I was not happy but I debated on calling because HELLLOO!!!! My apt looked cleaner then it did when we left that morning….but heck I paid for the sevice and I need to address this problem. Now I could've been like some and get on here and complain and leave a low mark but instead I called Friday morning and the person that I spoke to sympathized with me and told me that they would send another team to my apt today monday to clean the areas that needed to be cleaned and it would be at no charge to me ( which always makes me happy) and sure enough today my fiance called me and told me that they were there and told me that one of the lovely ladies took him through the apt and pointed out areas that should be clean that the other team was missing and she was surprised that they had just been there thursday. He told me that they cleaned those areas in addition to what was missed the last visit. With that said I am super happy with Molly Maids. They might not be perfect but the fact that they took care of my needs and were so nice about it was proof that they care about each client. Thank you Molly Maids and thank you for having such kind staff! Btw did I say that they are pet friendly cleaning company?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
