UPDATE: Sep 2025 Just an update to convey what a great job Team 4 does when they come out. (Virginia, Maribel, Laura). This group is professional, courteous and thorough. Always smiling and do an amazing job cleaning our home. Thank you, team 4! Just want to add a 5-star edit to my review and warmest thanks to team #4 (Virginia and Sol) for a job well done! Thank you so much, ladies, for your attention to detail and your flexibility, too, when I needed to reschedule. I really appreciate that as my work requires me to travel sometimes and I occasionally need to reschedule our usual appointment day. These ladies are friendly, professional, courteous, and I am so thankful for their help!! I am editing my review and commenting today (10/17/22) on TEAM #4, KARI and VIRGINIA. This team did an AWESOME job cleaning my home. I am so impressed with how thorough they were and I am very, very pleased with how well they cleaned everything!! I work from home and stay very busy, and it is so very helpful to have Molly Maid help us to keep our home clean. It really makes my day when the team puts that extra effort into making our home sparkle and this team definitely did that for us, thank you so much, Kari and Virginia!! Just wanted to edit my review since I cannot seem to add another one. It has been six months since my last review. Team 11 came out today. They did a great job, we are very satisfied! Molly Maid is dependable and a great value. We have used their services for 4 years, I really appreciate all they do for us! Molly Maid has helped us for 3 years now. Always professional, courteous, and thorough. We have been very happy with the job they do. Team 4 came today, they did a great job! My elderly mom is always home when the cleaners visit and they are always super nice and friendly to my mom, and they wear a mask to make sure my mom is protected now that the virus is here. I highly recommend them! 7/12/21 Shout out to Team 7, Osmayda and Ana. We had had so many guests over the 4th and the house really needed a thorough cleaning after all the fun. I came home today to a spotless home! Thanks so much for all of the attention to detail you gave to everything. I was not home when you visited but I can tell that you really took your time to make sure that the job was done right and that everything was thoroughly cleaned. I really appreciate that!! We have used Molly Maid for over a year. We are very pleased with this service. The ladies who do the cleaning are so friendly and efficient. Team 11, especially, is tops. Most recently we had Sonia and Greydi from Team 11. We are still using Molly Maid…now close to two years. Yesterday we had Team 11 (Ambrea and Arianna). They were thorough, pleasant, and left our home looking great. We recommend this service and Ambrea and Arianna.

I met Virginia and Zusel (Team 4) for the first time today. They came in smiling and friendly (even to our dogs). They worked well together and the house looked and smelled great when they left. Cleaning is hard work and at 76 I am so blessed and appreciative to have Molly Maids come twice a month.

My house is sparkling! I’m so happy and relieved to come home to a clean house. This takes so much pressure off of me as a working mother. Team #07 – Daysi, Cristina, and Fernanda- they were professional, efficient and very very nice. I trusted them in my home completely and would love to have them back again and again. I recommend Molly Maid to anyone looking for services in the area. Their pricing is super fair and the management was great at communicating expectations, scheduling and taking care of my needs. A++! Also- I just had the additional service of getting my refrigerator cleaned and it looks near brand new! It was so very reasonably priced for the service and I would highly refer Team # 7, DAYSI, CRISTINA AND ROSY! They are my go-to gals. I love them!

It was thorough and there was a few things that I thought I would have to replace because of how dirty they were and they got them cleaned and looking brand new! Overall Carmen and Mayra did a good job, the work done in the bathrooms was outstanding, for instance. Team was on time, efficient and the areas where they focused were expertly cleaned. The transformative quality of the work done in the areas they focused on is driving the five star review more than the value or thoroughness. For instance, they did miss mopping an entire room and one ceiling fan in another room wasn’t dusted at all. I’m being picky, but given the cost (+$500) it would have been nice to not have these misses. Especially as the room that wasn’t mopped needed it the most. Again though, overall a good job. I’ll use them again to see if the misses was just a one-off or if thoroughness is an issue.

Here’s my updated review on 8/19/2025: A new team of Karla and Dora cleaned my home on 8/14. They did a thorough job so the house looked, smelled and felt clean when I returned. I like seeing all of the dog foot prints removed from the wood floor and the glass shower doors free of soap scum. ********* Three of the Merry Maid team came to clean my house for the first time. I stayed home in case they had any questions and noticed they did a thorough job dusting the woodwork, cleaning the inside and outside of the sliding glass back door as well as the regular cleaning. The floors looked cleaner than they have since the beginning of winter. Before they left one of the team walked me through the house to show me all of the cleaning they had done. She was very proud how good all the counters, furniture, glass shower door and carpets looked and I definitely agreed they did a better job than I have been doing. I am looking forward to my monthly cleans in 2025.

Theresa and Maria did a great job on my house in Gretna a few weeks ago. They were on time and were very efficient, getting the entire house cleaned top to bottom in 3 hours. They were also flexible when I asked them to use my own cleaning products, since I have 2 under 2 and prefer natural products in this season of life – they switched gears and used my products with no issue. They even got my electric toothbrush charger cleaned, with months of toothpaste buildup on it – and got rid of limescale buildup in the toilet bowls after I unsuccessfully tried for a long time.
