We made an appointment for someone to do a walk-through of the house to see what exactly we were looking for in services. There was no pressure at all to do anything extra from what we wanted. The price quote you see online may be high, but that is because you put in the information for your entire house. So, we have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a play area, and a laundry room. The quote was $450-790 (or so). We only paid $380 because we did not need to have it all cleaned. We did the one living room, both kitches, play area, 3 bathrooms, and all ceiling fans. The folks that came to the house are super nice and they get after the work in earnest. I cannot say enough nice things about the company and their people! We will definitely be return customers.
