My kitchen needed some extra attention-especially the stove/oven and they handled it really well. I also appreciated that they asked me to check over their work to make sure I was satisfied, which shows they care about doing a quality job. I’m definitely looking forward to continuing service with them. One note that isn’t a reflection on the team itself, but more on company policy: it seems like the service doesn’t include moving items to dust or clean underneath/around them. That’s typically where a lot of dust and debris build up, so I was hoping that would be included. I understand there may be concerns about items breaking, but it would be nice to have some flexibility or options for deeper cleaning in those areas. Additionally, offering wall washing as an add-on service would be a great option. It wouldn’t need to be done weekly, but having it available on an as-needed basis would really help with maintaining a deeper clean over time.
