We just had our 2-bedroom 2-bath condo cleaned yesterday by Team 6/Josselinn and Silvia and they did a fantastic job! They are such hard workers, they were very focused and cleaned the entire time. They were prompt as well as courteous and friendly. The condo required a deep cleaning due to health issues preventing it over the past few years, but they were very thorough and through their efforts they got things back on track in our home. We are really pleased and will continue to use their services. Also, both Jackie, the Field Manager, and Naomi, their supervisor, have been so helpful, extremely professional from start to finish. They have been consistently responsive and we feel comfortable that they will be great at communication going forward. I like that Sally was willing to work with my mom's schedule and her idiosyncrasies. It took a long time for my mom to concede that she needed cleaning services and allow me to pay for it. I live 700 miles away from my mother and needed a company I could trust with her home and health. After the initial cleaning, my mom said that she was so happy and more relaxed that her house was cleaned well and with respect. Now we just have to have her make consistent appointments. March 2018: well, it’s been almost a year with Molly Maids and we have all been pleased with their service. My mother snail-mailed me a review for me to put in the computer. Lol. She gives 6/5 stars for Gaby and Vero! I was just home to help her out after a hospital stay. I cleaned and organized her pantry and fridge and the small bathroom off the kitchen. The rest of the house looked clean and tidy. Having Molly Maids has been a true sense of relief. Gaby and Vero have been very respectful and detail oriented. My mom and I appreciate their commitment to caring. Thank you!

My experience with Molly Maids’ Skokie office has been great. There was a longer initial cleaning followed by a quality check and then a regular cleaning schedule. The three woman crew is always the same. They are very professional and reliable as is the Skokie office manager. Other than their inability to work around my dog, which requires me to be home during their visits, Molly Maids has exceeded my expectations for a residential cleaning service.
