I just had my initial cleaning yesterday; Brenda, Tammy and Teresa brought their smiles and sweetness along with a great work ethic! They got my floors spotless (I have 5 large dogs, so that’s no easy feat, lol)! There was a small lack of communication on my part, so a couple things I thought were going to get done didn’t, but when the customer service team contacted me today to see how everything went, I mentioned my mistake. Rebecca immediately offered to have them come back out; I told her it wasn’t a big deal, but she offered to discount my next cleaning and assured me ahe would relay that information for next time. We all know what poor customer service is – this was NOT that. I truly appreciate their excellent and friendly customer service and look forward to having them back to my home.

Crystal and Sheena are always responsive to our needs and as accommodating as a customer should reasonably expect. They communicate well and go the last mile to make the customer happy. Our regular cleaning crew, Shandi and Genesis, are prompt and courteous, have an outstanding work ethic, and the results our their work are always excellent.

Brenda is a very nice young lady everytine she comes, she does a great job and very through and fast. Brenda gets the job done in less then thirty minutes.
