They were both professional, friendly and (most importantly) not judgmental about the help I needed. Gina in the office was great with communication and Melissa’s price estimate was accurate and fair. I’ve read a few negative reviews here, and that was not my experience.

I realized I like having the same people cleaning in my home so I have requested that and if that holds true I’ll be a 5 star enthusiast. We began with Niki and loved her but she is training or in the office now but I love Regina and the those that help her. They are careful, organized, attention to detail and do a great job they also are cheerful and friendly

We needed a move-out deep clean for my parents, and Margarite and Melissa (Route 10) were exceptional. They arrived prepared and worked virtually non-stop until everything was spotless. Both were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about their work. They cleaned from top to bottom and made sure the home looked and smelled amazing. I will definitely use Molly Maid again—great service, friendly staff, and very reasonable cost!

Unfortunately, they never showed up, and I was tired of playing games. That’s when we decided to call a reputable company like Molly Maid, and I’m so glad we did! Deanna and Hailey came out for a deep clean and did an amazing job. They were professional, thorough, and kind. Our home feels spotless and fresh, and it was such a relief during my recovery. Highly recommend!

The house looks and smells great!! I am looking forward to their regular bi-weekly service. I am also impressed with Molly Maid as a company sending Melissa out to provide the estimate. Melissa also stopped by today to check on their progress and jumped in and helped clean the master shower and it looks great!! Thank you very much!!! December 5, 2024 Yolanda and her new partner Nicole came today for my bi-weekly cleaning. They are the nicest two ladies you would ever want to meet and very professional with their work. They did an excellent job cleaning and were finished in record time. I am so impressed I have requested them to be my regular team whenever possible. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all of the cleaning teams over the past 2 months. I still highly recommend this company to anyone needing a regular cleaning service!!! April 10, 2025 Tammy and Tammy came today and continued the excellent cleaning work that Molly Maid has provided to me and my family!! I so appreciate their kindness and attention to detail. The house always smells so good when they are finished! Thank you!!! August 14, 2025 Marquita and Melissa came today to clean my house. They have continued to impress me with their thoroughness and professionalism! Once again Molly Maid has upheld their track record of a good smelling clean house and wonderful ladies to do the work!
