The quality of service is excellent, the staff like Allison, Maribella and Bethany are personable and responsive, and the service is well worth the price in terms of both cleanliness and stress management. We have used MM-WC for 15 years. They have been attentive and responsive to our concerns and requirements. Most recently, Meghan and Bridget did a great job when we had rather specific requirements for the individual cleaning. Kelly, Melody and their teams have also been outstanding in providing regular services. MM-WC teams have gone above and beyond and are actually partners in maintaining our home – very attuned to what we need, and wow, they work hard! A few of tips from our experiences with home services: 1. Use a service like MM rather than individual cleaners because no matter what is going on in the lives of the cleaners, if they can't make it, MM will send someone else. 2. Try to get a *regular* team that is attentive to the ongoing status of your home. They should say, "it is time to do x, or we will do y next time." You know that they are looking out for you. 3. Research says that getting your home professionally cleaned is the #1 stress reliever for a 2-income family. Think about the benefits of that! And MM-WC will make it easy and satisfying for you. We love our cleaning crew at Molly Maids. We are in a stage of life here everything is so very hectic, we have jobs we work hard at, and we have kids and their friends in and out all of the time. I actually need and rely on Melody and Rebecca to help me stay on top of the cleaning for our home. It is all we can do to keep our rooms straight and keep clutter away. Melody and Rebecca come in and do the actual cleaning of dust, grime, dog hair (ew), etc. Having them helps me (as a mom) feel taken care of. Not sure you can put a price on that nowadays!
