They asked me to check their work while they were cleaning and after they were done to ensure that I was happy with the results. They stayed on task the entire time – they weren’t on their phones or having side conversations with each other. They focused on getting my apartment clean in a timely manner. I have also used Molly Maids for move-out cleans and got the same excellent service. I highly recommend them!

I am unable do this now because I’m unable to find where I can write a review presently, even after talking with the office, who couldn’t tell me why their directions to do this were incorrect. T13 has been doing a great job, as usual, and I’ve no complaints whatsoever. I only hope the office can come through for me as well as they. Aug 12 2025

Have had these ladies for a couple of years every Friday to clean the house and they do such a great job and make sure that everything is in order and dust free. Don’t know what i would do without them since they show up on time, knock out what needs to be done and handles everything professionally.
