The office staff are communicative and helpful when I have questions or need to change the schedule. The house cleaners (Blanca, Ana, and sometimes a 3rd team member) are fantastic. They are efficient, effective, and friendly. I had an initial consult with Maria to discuss expectations, price options, etc. and I feel those expectations are always met. It’s always such a big sense of relief when they’ve been here!

This includes a thorough cleaning every two weeks throughout the year. Team #12 does a great job for us. We have appreciated the cleaners being flexible in working around us if we are at home sometimes during the day. There is some fluctuation in arrival times, but I understand that commuting in this area can sometimes be unpredictable. The cleaners seem to work well together and move through the necessary steps quickly. They are cheerful, considerate and organized and I have appreciated their work. Communication is somewhat hindered by my lack of Spanish but overall we communicate well.
