Not only did they clean what was left undone by the cleaners from the most recent monthly visit, but they cleaned all the cobwebs that had accumulated over several months in various parts of the house, the soap scum that had built up on the shower glass, and the faucets are much cleaner. They also vacuumed and dusted the entire house again, getting a lot of dirt/dust out of the carpet. Also, they mopped the kitchen floor, and it hasn’t been THAT clean in a long time. They did several other things, too. These gals are excellent workers, conscientious, pay attention to details, and thorough,. They follow Molly Maid’s policies and standards well.

They cleaned both bathrooms the entire time, with no breaks or talking on the phone, unlike other cleaning companies. I very much appreciate their work ethic. They did a great job, and “Yes,” I would recommend TEAM #6, they get the job done.

We move around a lot so I’m pretty familiar with great housekeepers vs “just ok” and these people are excellent! I actually used them in June, as well. I was a little worried, because I waited till the very last minute to schedule the clean (the day before) but it was remarkably easy to work with the schedulers. I was given an arrival window of 1-3. Lucia and Fabi arrived at two, coming straight from another five hour move out clean. The house was in absolute shambles and much filthier than I could’ve imagined possible after an extremely chaotic move out two weeks prior. I felt certain that there was no possible way anyone would be able to get through cleaning more than just the appliances, bathrooms, and most of the baseboards in a single day, let alone five hours. Lucia and Fabi left me completely astounded. Despite doing an incredibly laborious clean before, they worked tirelessly and efficiently to clean the entire house top to bottom. Every floor vacuumed to perfection, every baseboard scrubbed, all of the cobwebs removed from my very high lofted ceiling and all of the other walls, and both bathrooms were gleaming. They stayed late to finish addressing the embarrassingly filthy and honestly disgusting fridge and freezer situation and by the end they looked vastly better than they had even when we moved in. I truly can’t emphasize enough how amazed I am at the sheer quantity of labor they managed to do in the time they were given and they didn’t cut corners to do it. It was like two miracle workers visited my home. It breaks my heart to think that there are people who can’t appreciate how incredibly important cleaning work is, let alone how extraordinarily difficult it is on the body. In this home, I survived a long depression and a revolving door of new roommates who didn’t clean when they moved out. Seeing all of the filth scrubbed away cleansed my heart and soul and will let me move on with more peace. Thank you Lucia and Fabi for taking such care in cleaning the space, y’all were the best.

The office team needs a little work, they can never seem to confirm the time spent and invoice us properly. They just charge your card and then hope you won’t object that the time and charges are wrong.
