I had an experience this last week where I came home after a cleaning and it just wasn’t *as clean* as it usually is after Molly Maids comes. I called their customer service and got help from Stacy- who was SO helpful and understanding about my minor dissatisfaction. The next business day another crew came out and made everything right- house sparkling, feeling extra fresh and cared for. They do an amazing job and when they fall a little bit short, they address it quickly, with kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend…and shout out to Stacy!
