I've used Molly Maid for a while now. They've always done a great job with my condo. Today, Team 15 went above and beyond. I live in a condo that has some shared stairs leading out from my place. Ingird and Eluira not only cleaned inside but they took the time to sweep up the shared steps that had gotten pretty dirty with leaves and branches. It looks immaculate. That's not something I expected them to do, so I really appreciated that they did it. I didn't even have to ask. They did it on their own! Incredible service. Another great experience I had in the past is that one of the teams reached out to their main office to make sure I was being charged the correct amount. I generally keepy my place tidy, and it's on the smaller end. One of the teams that came by made sure the office was charging me for it being a quicker service. It made me really appreciate how the company does business. I felt like they were being fair and honest.
