EDITED 8/25- I’ve been getting bi weekly cleaning from Molly maid. April and Maryam have been my consistent crew and they do a great job. They are diligent in giving my house a good deep clean and take a lot of stress of me by not having to do that! Even my two year old said “great job”!! EDIT: I spoke with Molly maid yesterday, costumer service was 5/5. The ladies came back and recleaned the areas of concern and cleaned the missed room. They also remopped the floors which was unexpected and so nice. Communication was so easy and smooth. I am definitely upping my review for overall experience and plan to keep working with Molly maid! Started with this service yesterday. They were timely and very nice. They worked quickly in my baby’s first room so I could get him down for a nap which I appreciated. Our house had a lot of dog hair and I was VERY pleased with how much hair they got out!! Hair control is one of my biggest pet peeves and they did great on that aspect. I can tell they went over our fans but I did think they should have gone over them with another swipe. There were spots that still had quite a bit of dust. Our bathroom looked amazing along with the kitchen appliances but there were spots that countertop items like the coffee pot and air-fryer weren’t moved to clean up as well as cabinet doors were not wiped down. Our laundry room and small bathroom were not done which is okay but I thought that was included in our walk through. Our fireplace wasn’t cleaned which is the centerpiece to our living room so I was surprised that wasn’t done. I had the crew timed at 1 hour and 45 min from door in to taking their stuff out back to their car of work and they charged for 2 hours on the bill ($220). I think one of our bedrooms did not get a wipe down at all but his floors were done very well. and I was under the impression that the beds would be made. Only 2 beds needed made as the other 2 were occupied with sleeping kiddos. I would say more of a 3.8-3.9 rating. I was planning to do scheduled routine cleaning but I’m not sure if it’s worth it for the cost. Let me add that the cleaning team were very nice and professional.

The maids descended on my house like an army. At one point there were three cute little blue Molly Maid cars in front of my house.Two cleaners were always here,Lisa-Leigh and Jason, but a supervisor stopped too They were so great. they brought all their own cleaners, and I was amazed by the good vacuum they brought. They just wizzed through here , Were polite and professional, cheery, and helpful in every way these were professional cleaners. My lamp lampshades are dusted and my shower is so shiny. My sister says my house hasn’t looked so clean in years

Ashley and Amanda arrived cheerfully to do the work they were contracted to to do. I have a medium sized apartment . And both ladies got right to work and were a delight to have in my home! I laughed the entire time and they worked and entertained me. They did a job that was commendable and I will be making g this known to their supervisors and want the public know they not only worked hard……but thoroughly. My apt is a lovely home again! I want to give credit where credit is due. Kaylee is a member of a crew that cleans our business in Peoria. She goes the extra mile to clean every desk, shelf, filing cabinets, etc. She moves items out of the way to clean thoroughly instead of wiping around items. I think she is an asset to Molly Maids. I recommend giving her a good raise…..
