  • I contacted Molly Maids after being stood up by Guardian Angel Cleaning service. The people l spoke with at Molly Maids were very organized and professional and even though l needed them on very short notice, they were able to accommodate my needs quickly. The cleaning team of Karen and Cynthia arrived within the time frame l was told they would, both were very friendly and seemed to understand what was expected of them as l showed them through the house and explained what l needed done. What l was expecting, is to have the furniture dusted, bathrooms cleaned, carpets vacuumed and hard surfaced floors swept and mopped clean. They did an ok job, they did not move everything that was sitting on top of all pieces of furniture i.e. pictures, candles etc. in order to get all of the dust and they did not dust any of those things either. In the kitchen the sweeping and mopping was very poor almost non existent, seemed to have been done with a very dry mop, unfortunately l did not notice all that had been missed before they left. After they left l had to go over most of the furniture with a swiffer to get what they had missed, l had to sweep the hallway, kitchen and eating area and l will have to remop the entire kitchen and eating area. I am not being overly critical just honest about the cleaning l received and l don’t feel l expected too much or that it was worth the $208.00 l was charged. I have taken pictures of the things they missed and if contacted by management, will be happy to share. They did do a great job on the two bathrooms and that is why they received 3 stars from me. Not sure that l would use Molly Maids again or refer them to others. Not sure if it was these two particular cleaners or just the way they are trained to perform the cleaning. Update 7/27/2022 A couple of hours after l posted my original review, l was contacted by Rianne from Molly Maids, she wanted to know about the problems l specified, she listened, apologized for the situation and stated she would be sending a crew back to my home this morning to rectify the errors. Rianne herself and another employee (l forget her name) showed up promptly as scheduled and did an amazing job of wet mopping and dry mopping the kitchen and eating area that had been missed. They also polished the stainless steel appliances because they had been missed yesterday too. I am changing my rating to 5 stars and will definitely use Molly Maids again and/or refer them to others! Thank you Rianne for your professionalism and follow through!
