Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and the crew was friendly, professional, and respectful of my home and pets. The kitchen and bathrooms looked brand new—stainless was streak-free, grout bright, mirrors spotless. They dusted places other cleaners skip (ceiling fans, baseboards, vents), wiped inside the microwave, and even tidied little things like folding towels and straightening pillows. Communication was great too: clear estimate, reminder before the appointment, and a quick walk-through afterward to make sure I was happy. Pricing was fair with no surprise add-ons, and the quality was consistent on the follow-up visit. If you want a reliable, detail-oriented cleaning service that leaves your house smelling fresh and looking truly clean, Molly Maid is an easy five stars.
