The 2 people that came to clean where there early, and I only knew because I had to run home to grab something and was surprised to see they where already there. When I got home later that evening my house smelled fresh and looked so clean. I was able to feel good about moving on to my second job and not get anxious about my lack of time to take care of my house. I’m so appreciative of this service and the people that cleaned.

I could have eaten off my kitchen counters or heck, even any of the floors. They were prompt, respectful and quick for all they accomplished. I was surprised at the “Quality Supervisor” who showed up while they were there. She checked surfaces for dust (she didn’t find any) and asked to see if Xaire and Marcus had put everything back where it had been (they had). I can see why Molly Maid seems to be the gold standard for house cleaning. The price was a surprise but then you get what you pay for, and I got quality for the price, so I’m satisfied.

I do mean they, because the teams change regularly. So, every cleaning is slightly different. I tend to be a perfectionist (thanks, Mom and Dad?), so I’ve had to lower my standards a bit at times, but its such a good feeling to have the whole house clean at once. What I have learned is that customer feedback is important, so occasionally, if something really bothers me, I let the office know. I never disparage the cleaners. They work hard, and sometimes have a difficult schedule. I always include tips with my payments. If there is a problem, I encourage management to fine tune their training, and I give credit when it is due. You can do this with a phone call or a text. Management has been easy to work with, when I’ve needed to permanently change my cleaning day, or just change it for one cleaning. I haven’t used another service, so I can’t compare. But Molly Maid has been reliable, the cleaners are friendly and pleasant, and willing to take suggestions from time to time. I recommend that you try them, and see if you agree.
