The Team (Raquel & Jessica) arrived on time! This was the first time we used Molly Maid. They impressed us. We talked about what needed to be done. They were efficient and polite and a pleasure to work with. Just a couple of small areas left undone. We will talk to them about that on their next visit. They definitely deserve a 5 Star rating. We want them as our regular housekeepers.

My wife and I do not hesitate in recommending Molly Maid. We were going to be having a friend come and visit, and the best place for him to stay was in our basement. We had straightened, cleaned and repaired quite a bit, but the floor needing cleanup. We contacted a different cleaning service that claimed the best rating, and they never even bothered to call us back. So, nearing last-minute, we called Molly Maid because we’d seen quite a few of their cars in the area. We were able to schedule them to come out on a Thursday, while our friend would be arriving after midnight Friday. Not only did Rosa and Carmen get here when they said they would, they went right to work. Sweep, dust, wet mop, I think they steam-cleaned the (painted cement) floor. They also cleaned the bathroom without being asked. It was a wonderful experience all round. Today, when I went to write a review, I discovered that Molly Maid is a Neighborly company. This is the third Neighborly company we’ve used (Mr. Rooter & Mr. Electric are the other two) and I can state that I have yet to have a bad experience with any of them. I highly recommend Molly Maid for anyone in search of a home cleaning service!

I’m self employed and I have been working 7 days a week and consequently fallen far behind on my cleaning. It has gotten to the point where I was just overwhelmed with the idea of getting my place clean again so I contacted Molly Maid. Raquel and Mabel of team #2 cleaned for me today. I am impressed beyond words! I’m very particular about my floors more than anything. My bathroom has 1 inch tiles and the grout joints seem to catch everything little thing and it sticks like Velcro. I wasn’t real confident they would be able to get it cleaned very well. Oh was I wrong! My vinyl floors even shine, all my wood furniture shines. My patio door that was just filthy is crystal clear. My stainless steel appliances are so clean you can see your reflection. My mirrors and TV are spotless edge to edge & corner to corner. It was worth every penny!

I had too much on my to-do list and was overwhelmed. The house was a mess and I was too exhausted to deal with it. Relaxing at home wasn’t at all possible because everywhere I looked I only saw more things I should have been doing. For me, that was added weight. I’m so glad I was referred to Molly Maid. I’m sitting in my immaculately clean home right now. I can focus on business issues, and not on cleaning. Beatriz and Martha cleaned EVERYTHING and EVERYWHERE. The mudroom, the window sills, the laundry room. They pulled out the stove and cleaned out that mess. They scrubbed the driptrays clean. They took out the trash and the recycling. I’m so grateful to be able to breathe, mentally and physically relax, and focus. I can’t thank you two enough. I will refer you just as I was referred to you. Thank you!!!!
