They are always on time, although once or twice even earlier than promised which wasn’t necessarily a good thing because we were picking up still when they arrived. Anyway, they have been reliable and there is good communication as far as we receive an email and text the day before our scheduled cleaning to let me know the time of arrival. Most of the maids that have come out to our house speak Spanish and very little English, but there are some people in the company that speak English. The cleaning they do is good and we haven’t had trouble with theft.

For the past few years, I have managed to clean the small apartments I have lived in; however, since moving into a house, cleaning has proven to be too much for me with my busy schedule. After the first clean, I was shocked and pleasantly surprised by how clean Team 3 made my house. They are extremely thorough and have made my house cleaner than I could have ever done myself in just the fraction of the time. I also love how customizable the service is – I don’t need my entire house cleaned every time and have heard that other businesses require weekly cleans instead of biweekly or monthly. I am extremely satisfied and look forward to having my Molly Maid team over each time.
