After being dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and quality of services provided by various cleaning services in the New Bern area I decided to try Molly maids of Crystal Coast. I was very happy with the results. Shay and Chang from Molly Maids showed up right on time and listened to exactly what I needed. They did a phenomenal job on our whole house and made it look perfect for a real estate photo shoot. I couldn't of asked for a more professional and focused crew. I am very happy with their work and will use them regularly!

Please know I answered "maybe" because Molly Maids has only cleaned once for me so far. This company is quite professional and crystal clear with all necessary information, i.e. price, being insured, exactly what is included in the cleaning, etc. They are timely and my house sparkled for the first time since we moved in! Just in time for Thanksgiving guests. Yes, the price is way up there and it depends on your home as to what your pay. At my age, this is no longer a luxury, but a need. Laddars and hands and knee cleaning are not allowed; so I will pay what I need to keep this home the way I want it. Their office manager it delightful. I will have them for routing cleaning and hope for the same results. Try them out! Tricia is kind and knowledgeable.

My wife and I have been using Molly Maid of the Crystal Coast for several months, and we have been very pleased with the service. Everyone has been pleasant and professional, and our home looks so nice after a cleaning. We have six year old twin boys, so our home definitely takes a beating. Lexi and Sarah of Team 10 were here today, and they were great. Elle and Jenni have also been great. Laura and CJ have also been wonderful. Overall very impressed.

I had the first cleaning done today. Chelsea & Melanie were prompt, got right to work and did an outstanding job. I’d like to note, we just moved into our home and the 25 year old toilets were disgusting. I tried to clean them myself but couldn’t get them anywhere near clean. They got them nearly spot free and looking nearly new. The house feels so clean and fresh.
