    This is our first time using a maid service. I contacted them on the recommendation of a former colleage. The work they did is amazing! Our house is spotless. The cabinets have never looked so clean and the whole house smells wonderful! Everything in the bathrooms and the kitchen sparkle now! My father, who is retired military was VERY pleased with their work. They were thorough and got right to work. They even made our beds! Even we don't make our beds! I can't say enough good things and will be using them monthly to deep clean our home. Thank you for the team, who I was unable to introduce myself to, due to working from home, who treated our home like their own.

    Still Feeling Out The Services. Our situation is a bit different in our housekeeping/cleaning needs. We operate a short stay business in one of our properties and Molly Maids was recommended to me by one of our tenants in another property. I assume that short stay house cleaning (during turnovers) is a bit easier than if I had them come to my home. I've been using Molly Maids since October 2018 when we started and since then have worked with 3 teams to date. Upon the initial visit by the company to look at the house and provide a quote, I made it clear that what I require is housekeeping type cleaning similar to that of a hotel. The home is fully furnished and stocked. I provide ALL linens (i.e., towels, sheets, bedding, etc.) and I also launder all linens myself. So the only thing that is required is that the home is "sparkling" clean for the next visitors. The cleaning has been 5* with one exception – when I was not present. The beds were horribly made, mis matched towels were set out. Luckily, I came by to double check about an hour before the scheduled check-in time. That was with the first team. I had taken the time to train them as to how I want the beds made (hotel like) and the towels situated neatly at the end of the beds with the accompanying washcloths and in the bathroom hand towels hung a certain way. Yes, I am a stickler for how beds are made as appearance is EVERYTHING in running an AirBnB as well as cleanliness. Also, we cannot be on a "set" weekly schedule as we may have turnover 2 times within one week as well as turnovers on different days according to the length of stays. However, despite the above, Claudia and Ruben have been accomodating to the fluctuations of our schedule which is greatly appreciated. I plan to continue to work with MM of G&H as the 2 teams I have recently used has been great and I will continue to work with them. I've worked with Maria and today, Veronica and Victoria. I would suggest that they have a training session on specialty services such as AirBnB homes which is a growing business in the area. But in any case, so far so good.
