Followed up corporate and was told they do indeed do inside of exterior doors and that they will instruct their staff to that fact. Again, the work was fast an efficient and is now 5 star

I was impressed by the quick response and commitment to making sure I was satisfied. Outside of the issue with dusting, everything else was cleaned beautifully. I will call them again. Disappointed that many things either weren’t dusted at all or just half-dusted. Anything in the photos that looks wiped is from my hand running across it. Floors, bathroom and kitchen were cleaned well. But clearly no one checked to make sure all surfaces were free of dust and hair. First time customer, won’t use them again.

I am 76 years old and could no longer do my floors or clean my house the way I used to do it. They came in and everything was shining when they left, even the showerhead was sparkling and the glass shower doors were so clean and just shining.
