MOLLY MAID of Northwest Cook County proudly donates a portion of each cleaning service to The WINGS Program in an effort to help promote awareness and prevention of domestic violence. About 50% of the office space for MOLLY MAID of Northwest Cook County is dedicated to the Harvest Bible Chapel Food Pantry. The pantry is open every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If you would like to donate food, the Food Pantry accepts non-perishable food items at any time. The Food Pantry drop slot is located in the front lobby of the church near the south entrance doors. These items are collected and utilized on a weekly basis. Our trusted cleaning team also supports the Debra Gelfand Fund, which provides food and clothing for underprivileged children.

Most of our cleaning teams are Hispanic and have at least one team member who understands housekeeping terms. We translate all special cleaning instructions into Spanish daily so our teams review your cleaning instructions in their native language to make sure they understand your requirements. In addition, we have two bi-lingual employees available daily to assist you.

Only 20% of our cleaning staff has less than 1 year with us. Over 60% of our cleaning staff has been with us for more than 5 years. 6 of our 24 cleaners have been employed with us for more than 10 years.

What does our 24-Hour Clean Warranty mean for you? It means that if you’re not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, you can call us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to clean it again, at no additional cost.
