As a student, a Molly Maid cleaning was the best gift that I have received from my parents. Molly Maid was able to clean my house during busy test week which allowed me to concentrate on my studies. They were able to customize my cleanings for me ,as time allowed, and focus on my room first then take care of the common living areas, which my roommate was over the moon about! I will be asking for Molly Maid cleanings for every holiday and birthday from here on out!

—UPDATED REVIEW— It’s been awhile since I last used Molly Maid and left a review, so I decided to try them again for a move-out clean. The apartment is 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and the entire cleaning took around 4.5 hours. The apartment is around 1,197 sq. ft. I think my apartment may have taken longer compared to other places of similar size, the place was a lot to clean. The maids did a very good job, they were thorough and everything looks great. They removed the old air filter, cleaned the fridge/freezer, oven/stove, laundry room, bathrooms, walls, floors, cabinets, and everything else. I tried to make sure most of the apartment was empty before they arrived, but the few things i left behind they did work around it. I had a few dirty dishes and they even washed those. I was impressed with their service, and they were pretty thoughtful and thorough while cleaning. The total cost for the cleaning was $494, which is reasonable I feel for the amount of work they had to do. I appreciate their service and how clean the place is now. —OLD REVIEW— My maids were not fluent in English so it was very hard to tell them what I wanted, and their service did not include everything promised on the website. I was present for most of the cleaning and it was pretty awkward since we could not communicate effectively. It is also incredibly expensive as it’s 95$/hour with a 2hr minimum, and they don’t even clean the whole place. Other services will clean your whole place for 200$! I feel like my experience would have been better if the maids had better communication, because there were a lot of misunderstandings and I feel like this was a waste of money. Also the website said the maids would come in uniform, but my maids came in sweats! It just seemed unprofessional, and I was expecting a lot out of the company for the price they charge and the values they promise. It seems some had a better experience with different maids, so it just depends who you get I guess. The receptionist was nice and I appreciate the cleaning, but I feel cheated and I wouldn’t recommend others to use this company.

I want to say our ladies are Team 3. Lucila and Laura. They are absolutely wonderful. They do a fantastic job. They work quickly. They are super, super sweet. They are completely trustworthy. Also, I cannot even begin to describe the feeling of joy the folder toilet paper brings me. I appreciate their attention to detail so much!!
